Originally built as a caretaker shelter, the rustic cabin is located in an ideal location, and is a perfect place to spend the nights. Included is a kitchen area, propane stove and wood burning stove. There is a small bathroom/changing area, porches surrounding 3 sides, but no bedrooms. There is plenty of room to create a bedroom or two though. There is a sink that drains into some sort of septic system, but no plumbing other than that. There is no electrical, but the previous owners used a generator, and it would be easy to add an off grid solar system sufficient to run a well pump and some lights.
