Lot 49: 20 acres - SOLD

This property has been SOLD!

Access to this property is through someone else's gated property or back out to Aspen Hollow rd. It is fully wooded with aspens and a few pines on the north facing slope, and scrub oak and sage on the south facing slope. There is an atv trail that goes through it, and just after the end of the ATV trail ends, there is a wallow and then a spring on the adjacent property. There are no water rights associated with property and access is seasonal. At least one elk was taken on this property last year.

Directions:

Follow the Direction on the Directions Page to the Woodland Crest gate (A). However, at (B) on the map below, do not follow the turn. Instead, take the fork to the left and continue onto Aspen Hollow Rd. Keep going straight up the hill on Aspen Hollow Road until you are almost to the top (C). At which time you follow the road to the right (ignoring a few ATV trails). After going for a about 100 yards (D), turn left onto an obvious road that goes down hill. Toward the bottom of the hill (E), the road hits a sharp bend and begins to head back up hill toward a white gate. At that sharp bend, there is a jeep trail that follows the draw down hill. Take that draw. When the jeep trail turns into an ATV trail you are basically at the property.

Access:

In summer the road can be access by a vehicle with decent clearance, but 4x4 is recommended. A sedan could probably make it if you are careful. In the winter the road is plowed to (B) on the map. Past that you could ride snow mobiles, snow shoe or ski.

Building:

Building requirement are the same as the rest of the land. See FAQ's. In fact, almost all of the FAQ's apply to this land as well.
